Lighting is a cornerstone of RWH Energy’s efficiency services. We provide turn-key lighting projects for interior, exterior and horticulture projects. Our project approach first involves discussions regarding existing lighting and new lighting options and expectations. We then perform a thorough audit and analysis of existing conditions and energy use followed by a presentation of solutions that provide energy and maintenance savings. We will assist with any rebate applications and tax incentives as needed. The installation is scheduled in close coordination with our client and the project is fully commissioned with detailed as-builts provided. Project financing is available for lighting projects with zero out of pocket costs and ensures the savings pays for the complete project.

AUDIT

RWH’s phased approach will offer a high level estimate for clients to see if the project is viable. Once approved that it meets expectations we will perform a complete Investment Grade Audit detailed down to a line x line proposal of the entire interior and exterior of the facility.
DESIGN

With LED efficacy where it is today upgrading from fluorescent has never been better offering a minimum energy savings of 40% with potential of up to 75%. LEDs offer an improved quality of light and much lower maintenance costs with 50K to 100K hours of average life. We are product agnostic and work with all the top manufacturers through strategic distribution partnerships to provide the best pricing and warranties that our industry offers.

Once the project is finished and signed off we will provide detailed O & M paperwork with all manufactures spec sheets, warranty docs, the installed line x line, perform any commissioning needed, and educate your maintenance staff on the new system.
