THE FUTURE OF CHP
CHP plants are highly efficient in the range of 75% – 95% efficient as compared to grid-supplied electricity that is typically less than 50% efficient. This efficiency comes from the use of waste exhaust heat to generate Steam for heating and or cooing processes thereby offering electric and fuel savings to our customers. Having onsite CHP is one of the most effective methods to improve a facilities Resiliency, efficiency, and carbon footprint.

We partner with only the most reputable EPC firms in the nation. We will work diligently to source the best firm to build your system. Depending on the specifics of the facility and nature of the project we will hire the best national or local firm to get the job done on time and on budget. In many cases we can also hire your facilities existing or preferred local electrical and mechanical contractors to perform certain aspects of the scope of work. Our approach allows us to ensure competitive pricing from only fully qualified firms that are capable of completing your project above the standard every time.
O & M

A CHP plant requires consistent monitoring, regular maintenance, and servicing. RWH takes into account all critical factors including geographic location, weather and climate conditions, equipment used, and other site-specific parameters such as security and access. We will develop a customized solution for your facility every time and if the project is Financed by RWH through a PPA or ESA type agreement there will be no additional cost to our customers.
