The CUPAAS Program is designed to not change or disrupt the current or desired future mechanical designs/plans for the facility or campus. There are no additional equipment or system-design requirements.
RWH will own and operate the entire CUP which will include a full, comprehensive maintenance/repair/replace service agreement for 100% responsibility for its operation and uptime.
- If itâs new construction, RWH will fund the design, engineering and construction of the CUP including all equipment and labor.
- If itâs an existing CUP already constructed and funded, RWH will purchase the CUP for that Client vested, capital amount.
The program requires $0 upfront capital from the Client. The Clientâs only responsibility is to pay a monthly service fee for services the CUP provides.
There is a predetermined, set buyout amount where at the end of the service agreement, the Client can purchase the CUP or reup an ongoing service agreement.
