FINANCING

We have taken these years of experience along with our vast financial network to fund energy efficiency and energy generation projects throughout the country. We will finance the entire project from equipment to construction and O&M. Our solutions can be provided with no capital expense to our customers resulting in a net positive effect to the operational budget.
CONSTRUCTION

We partner with only the most reputable EPC firms in the nation. We will work diligently to source the best group to build your system. Depending on the specifics of the facility and nature of the project we will hire the best national or local contractors for every component of your microgrid system. In many cases we can also hire your facilities existing or preferred local electrical and mechanical contractors to perform certain aspects of the scope of work. Our approach allows us to ensure competitive pricing from only fully qualified firms that are capable of completing your project above the standard every time.
O & M
04A Microgrid requires consistent monitoring and regular maintenance and servicing for all its various generation sources. We take into account several factors including generation matrix, geographic location, weather and climate conditions, equipment used and other site-specific parameters such as security and access. We will develop a customized solution for your facility every time and if the project is Financed by RWH through a PPA or ESA type agreement there will be no cost for the service to our customers.
